Same same but different è un inconsueto dispositivo per il racconto, uno spazio che contiene "cose" che non si svelano del tutto, ma suggeriscono solo una parte di un qualcosa. Un progetto d espositivo nato dalla sinergia con Elena Givone .Un indagine che racconta attraverso due elementi l ‘ acqua e l’ aria ,alcuni aspetti della dimensione femminile all’ interno della società islamica.
Rose ricoperte di paraffina rinchiuse in dei piccoli barattoli di vetro colmi d ‘ acqua e fotografie e materiali vari trovati duranti il percorso fissati per sempre in buste sotto vuoto si trasformano in un intreccio di memoria minima,in una sorta di labirinto nel quale ogni elemento si presenta come temporanea rivelazione di immagini e storie .

This project was born during the residency in Alexandria (EG) .It tells thought the water some aspects of the women’s dimension inside the Islamic-society.Roses covered with paraffin ,like the women cover themselves ,locked up in little jars full of 'water ,.The jars appears like different micro worlds a part apparently similar ,and just the photographs on the cover give back their identity . These elements are transformed into a weave of minimal memories, a labyrinth where each of the elements presents itself as a sort of temporary revelation of images and stories to reflect through an aesthetic
aspect of religion about the dialectical relationship that is established between the society .Telling the story of a small cross-section through these elements in societies around the world have always played an important role in the structure of society.
